From Detection to Guidance: Addressing AI Use in Student Assignments at Loyola

Thank you to our Loyola teaching and learning community for joining our webinar on addressing student use of AI through course policies, assignment design, and the AI detection tool in Turnitin. We had a robust discussion on the findings from our ongoing Turnitin AI Writing Detection Tool pilot and engaged attendees in a thought exercise to help shape their approach to AI use in their courses. We encourage all faculty who were unable to attend to watch the recording of the webinar to benefit from the insights shared and to enhance their understanding of this important topic.
