Ignatian Advocacy Madness:
Where Justice is the Champion
This spring, Loyola took first place in Ignatian Advocacy Madness! Hosted by the Ignatian Solidarity Network, Advocacy Madness encouraged us to take action to support just migration and environment policy. Thanks to all of the campus community who shared your actions with us for our victory!
Keep up this important work across the University and in our local communities!
The annual Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice (IFTJ) gathers members of the Ignatian Family (Jesuit schools, parishes, social ministries) in solidarity to learn, reflect, pray, network, and advocate in the context of social justice. Keynote and student speakers address issues such as:
- Mass incarceration
- Racial Justice
- Domestic Poverty
- Worker's Rights
- Humane Immigration Reform
- Sustainable Environmental Practices
Gather in Washington, D.C., with fellow faithful citizens seeking to make real change in our world. The IFTJ is sponsored by the Ignatian Solidarity Network.
