About

Dr. Wolfe has an MD from the University of Rosario Medical School in Argentina, a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, received the Online Master Teacher Certificate Credentials from the University of Illinois, and is a Certified Quality Matters Online Course reviewer. Dr. Wolfe also earned a certificate in Media and Technology for Education from Harvard University, a certificate in Ignatian Pedagogy from Loyola University Chicago, and is currently completing a certification in Experiential Learning also at Loyola University Chicago.

She has over 18 years of college teaching experience, on the ground, online, and in hybrid format, at Malcolm X College, One of the City Colleges of Chicago, in both capacities -adjunct, and full-time tenured faculty-, and Joliet Junior College, where she received the Adjunct Faculty of the Year award in 2017. She has over 10 years of experience designing engaging online learning instruments, online course design, experiential learning activities as well as application of online learning theories and best practices.

Dr. Wolfe is bilingual, Spanish-English, contributed to the instructional design aspect for the courses in the Online Bilingual Program at Loyola, and it’s now the director of online learning for the office of online teaching and learning at Loyola University School of Social Work.
