Ann Erhardt is a dynamic sustainability and climate change leader with a strategic mindset, specializing in organizational change and development. With a strong focus on justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion, Ann is a bridge-builder of strategic partnerships toward systemic and equitable change. They advocate for an organization-wide commitment to sustainability and assesses organizational capacity to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability strategies.
Ann is skilled in designing change management and engagement strategies, curating, connecting, and convening to build business models based on sustainability and action. They have a proven track record of assessing organizational capacity and maturity for implementing strategy cycles, deploying process efficiency measures, and fashioning innovative approaches to change.
With expertise in sustainability, climate change mitigation and adaptation, organizational change/development, research/trends, strategic planning, change management, green infrastructure, process improvement, growth strategies, engagement, program development, assessment methods, and resilience, Ann is a well-rounded professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Ann's professional background includes roles such as Chief Sustainability Officer, Director of Strategic Initiatives, Senior Consultant for Energy & Environment, and Director of Municipal & Community Energy Programs. They have also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Loyola University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Community Sustainability at Michigan State University.
Ann holds a Master of Management in Organizational Development/Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Business & Environmental Science. They are a Certified Climate Change Professional (CC-P), and Sustainability Excellence Professional (ISSP-SEP).
