Paul Roberts serves as the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success at Loyola University Chicago and has been with the university since 2002. With a remarkable 38-year tenure in higher education, Roberts has been instrumental in fostering success across various facets of university operations.

Roberts is recognized for his ability to build and lead successful teams in marketing, recruitment, admission, financial aid, and student retention and success. His extensive experience encompasses working with both traditional and non-traditional student populations at the undergraduate and graduate levels, within both public and private university settings.

Under Roberts’s leadership, Loyola achieved significate milestones in the years leading up to the pandemic. The institution celebrated seven consecutive years of its largest undergraduate enrollment, marking a historic period for the university. Additionally, there were five consecutive years of the largest total enrollments in the university's history.

Despite the disruptions brought about by the pandemic, Loyola has achieved a remarkable rebound in enrollment. This resurgence was fueled by the enrollment of three of the largest freshman classes in the university's history, notable not only for their size but also by their diversity and academic talent. Roberts's leadership continues to play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the university with strong enrollment and supporting the success of Loyola students.
