Final Exam Study and Success
In the lead up to Finals Week, the Committee for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics sponsored a Math Review Session. Dozens of Precalculus and Calculus students collaborated with many of the department's math teachers. Thanks to all involved for this successful event!

Math Students Attend Field of Dreams Conference
Five Loyola students from the math department attended the Field of Dreams conference in Atlanta, GA. There they attended several workshops and learned about REU's and many post grad opportunities such as grad school and professions in industry. Undergraduate Research Information Session (Nov 14)
On November 14th (4 to 5:30pm) several faculty members from Math and Stats will be on-hand to give information, advice and help to anyone interested in applying to do research as an undergrad. Doing research gives you a very different view of what you study and can be a great experience. Please come by Cuneo 312 Tuesday afternoon if you are interested!
