Annual Assessment Reports
As described in our Assessment Expectations, program assessment is an iterative process, facilitated by annual reporting and feedback cycles. We request that academic units provide an annual assessment report describing what they are assessing, how they are assessing and what they are learning from the assessment of 1-2 program learning outcomes from each of 1-2 programs. These reports are due on August 1st of each year. Feedback on the reports is provided during the fall semester.
The 2024 questions are provided here. We will be collecting responses via Qualtrics, and will be providng this link via email before July 1. New for 2024 is a request for a multiyear assessment plan in addition to a curriculum map. Please use the links to download templates for these.
We are continuously improving the assessment process. In 2024, we will continue to provide faculty feedback through a faculty scoring team. If you are interested in participating in this effort in fall 2024, please contact assessment@luc.edu.
