Assistant Professor

Katherine C. Alexander is an assistant professor in the Department of Management at Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business.

Her current research interests include interpersonal mistreatment, destructive leadership, and developing measurement tools for managerial researchers. Overall, Katie’s research examines the dark side of leadership and its impact on employees and organizations.

Her research has resulted in the development of a measure of insubordination, which has facilitated new research interest in insubordinate follower behaviors.
