Bio
In addition to teaching Performance Improvement in Organizations in the Instructional Design program, Kristlyn Thomas is the Associate Director of the Office of Online Learning here at Loyola University Chicago (LUC) and oversees their instructional design services. Prior to joining the Office of Online Learning, she was as Educational Technologist in Information Technology Services. Kristlyn came to Loyola from Eastern Illinois University where she supported faculty in the Center for Academic Technology and earned a Master of Science degree in Technology, a Master of Science degree in Elementary Education, and a certificate in Training and Development. She is currently earning her doctorate in Curriculum, Culture, and Communities in the School of Education. Kristlyn has spent her career preparing faculty to teach online through one-on-one support, professional development opportunities, and support resources.
