Alpha Sigma Nu
Each Fall, Loyola University Chicago celebrates the induction of new members into Alpha Sigma Nu (ASN), the only honor society which is permitted to bear the name Jesuit.
The international honor society was founded in 1915. Alpha Sigma Nu honors students of Jesuit colleges and universities who distinguish themselves in scholarship, loyalty, and service.
Loyola inducts fewer than 5% of its students each year, so it considers Alpha Sigma Nu to be one of the highest honors the University can bestow.
This year the School of Education celebrates twelve students who will be inducted in October 2022. These new members represent both our graduate and undergraduate programs, and it is our great joy to announce their accomplishment and induction with the Loyola School of Education community.
